Planned Maintenance
Offices must have certain checks carried out to comply with current legislation. Jardak's planned maintenance service offers the customer peace of mind knowing all required checks are carried out as required to comply with current legislation. After a brief site visit we will reccommend a schedule of works that must be completed to keep you compliant and make all necessary arrangements for our contractors to attend when necessary.
Typical checks required are:
- Emergency light checks
- Fire alarm tests
- Annual 20% electrical check
- Air conditioning service
- Fire extinguisher tests
- Annual boiler service
- Water temperature and quality tests
However, there are many other items that are likely to require regular inspections and a bespoke schedule is made for each individual office following our site visit.
