Recruitment Policy 

Each applicant must complete a new starter application, providing their name, address, N.I. number, bank details, previous work details and two references.

Jardak Services do not accept candidates with a known criminal record, other than motoring offences not punishable by a prison term.

A formal contract of employment is issued to each new member of staff on successful completion of an initial trial/training period.
